Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Ireland Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position within the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. This role is responsible for expanding the company’s presence in Ireland through strategic client acquisition, commercial leadership, and strong office-based team management.

The successful candidate will combine deep life science logistics knowledge with a strong commercial mindset, focusing on building sustainable revenue pipelines, developing client relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture within the Ireland office.

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute a structured Ireland growth strategy targeting multinational pharma and biotech companies
  • Drive new client acquisition across clinical trials, biologics, and commercial pharmaceutical distribution
  • Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline with clear forecasting and accountability
  • Lead RFP responses, client presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Strengthen Ireland market visibility through industry engagement and strategic networking
  • Deliver measurable revenue growth aligned with company objectives
Office Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop the Ireland commercial and operational office team
  • Set clear revenue, performance, and service KPIs
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence
  • Mentor team members to support professional growth and succession planning
  • Ensure strong internal alignment between commercial, operations, and global leadership teams
Enterprise Client Relationship Management
  • Build strategic relationships with Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders
  • Translate operational capabilities (temperature control, GDP compliance, chain-of-custody integrity) into commercial value
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth operational integration
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Represent the company in enterprise-level meetings and industry forums
Experience & Profile
  • 15–22+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated logistics environments
  • Proven commercial track record in securing and growing enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of GDP and temperature-controlled life science logistics
  • Experience working with multinational pharma and biotech organizations
  • Demonstrated leadership capability within branch or country-level environments
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
