Position Summary

The Regional Network Director – Latin America & Caribbean is a senior leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the LATAM and Caribbean regions. As part of the EasyFlyers global leadership team, this individual ensures regional performance aligns with our mission of delivering fast, precise, time-critical logistics solutions for high-value and high-urgency shipments.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision, hands-on network management, and deep customer engagement to strengthen EasyFlyers’ market position across Latin America and the Caribbean, with particular focus on healthcare, aerospace, high-tech, and mission-critical logistics.

Regional Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead regional network development and business expansion throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across key markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Caribbean.
  • Expand EasyFlyers’ presence within life sciences, aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and high-tech sectors.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with regional agents, airlines, handling providers, and specialty service partners.
  • Represent EasyFlyers at regional customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Support the development of EF Healthcare opportunities and temperature-controlled logistics capabilities within the region.
Operational Performance & Service Delivery
  • Ensure operational teams consistently deliver exceptional time-critical performance, including on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and precision handling.
  • Maintain and enhance compliance with EasyFlyers global quality, security, GDP, aviation-security, and customer SOP requirements.
  • Work closely with global operations, control towers, and international partners to optimise routes, reduce delays, and improve shipment visibility.
  • Oversee escalation management and support rapid operational decision-making in mission-critical situations.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and proactively address operational bottlenecks affecting customer commitments.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
  • Act as senior regional contact for key strategic customers and partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with regional airlines, brokers, GSAs, specialist trucking providers, and local logistics partners.
  • Ensure rapid issue resolution and high-touch customer engagement aligned with EasyFlyers’ premium service standards.
  • Support customer implementation projects, operational reviews, and strategic account growth initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional managers and operational teams across LATAM and the Caribbean.
  • Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence.
  • Implement training initiatives focused on time-critical logistics, compliance, customer service, and operational consistency.
  • Support talent development and succession planning throughout the region.
P&L Management & Financial Accountability
  • Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, procurement optimisation, and commercial growth.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial controls, reporting requirements, and governance standards.
  • Support regional pricing strategies and commercial decision-making.
Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement
  • Translate global EasyFlyers strategy into practical regional execution plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance and customer experience.
  • Provide regional market intelligence on risks, competitors, geopolitical challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Support strategic development of healthcare and specialty logistics services throughout LATAM and the Caribbean.
Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience in logistics, express courier, time-critical services, or related sectors.
  • Strong operational and commercial experience across Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Proven track record managing multi-country teams and regional business growth.
  • Deep understanding of high-urgency logistics environments including AOG, healthcare, life sciences, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
  • Strong airline, customs, and regional network knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make rapid, accurate decisions in high-pressure operational environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese highly advantageous.
