Position Summary

The Regional Network Director – Asia Pacific is a senior leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction throughout the APAC region. As part of the EasyFlyers global leadership team, this individual ensures regional performance aligns with our mission of delivering fast, precise, time-critical logistics solutions for high-value and high-urgency shipments.

This role requires strong strategic leadership, regional operational expertise, and customer engagement capabilities to strengthen EasyFlyers’ presence across Asia Pacific’s key logistics and manufacturing markets.

Regional Leadership & Business Development
  • Lead network development and commercial growth across Asia Pacific.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies across key APAC markets including Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  • Expand EasyFlyers’ position within aerospace, semiconductor, healthcare, pharmaceutical, electronics, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with airlines, specialist agents, handling providers, and regional logistics partners.
  • Represent EasyFlyers at regional customer engagements, trade events, and industry forums.
  • Support expansion of EF Healthcare and temperature-controlled logistics capabilities across APAC.
Operational Performance & Service Delivery
  • Ensure exceptional operational performance for time-critical and mission-essential shipments throughout APAC. .
  • Maintain regional compliance with EasyFlyers quality, security, aviation, GDP, and customer-specific SOP standards.
  • Collaborate closely with global operations, control towers, and international partners to optimise routing, reduce transit risk, and improve operational visibility.
  • Lead operational escalation management and support rapid issue resolution across complex international supply chains.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
  • Serve as senior regional contact for strategic customers and operational partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, GSAs, airport operators, customs brokers, and specialist logistics providers throughout APAC.
  • Ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded through proactive communication and operational ownership.
  • Support implementation and growth of strategic regional accounts.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and develop regional operational and commercial teams across Asia Pacific.
  • Promote a culture of urgency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement regional training initiatives focused on operational excellence, compliance, and customer service.
  • Support retention, succession planning, and long-term capability development.
P&L Management & Financial Accountability
  • Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, commercial growth, and supplier optimisation.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance, reporting, and financial control standards.
  • Support regional pricing and procurement strategies.
Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement
  • Translate global EasyFlyers strategy into actionable regional plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding regional trends, regulatory developments, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support development of healthcare and specialist logistics solutions across APAC.
Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience in logistics, express courier, time-critical services, or related sectors.
  • Extensive operational and commercial experience across Asia Pacific.
  • Proven success managing multi-country operations and regional growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of high-urgency logistics including aerospace, healthcare, semiconductor, high-tech, or specialist courier sectors.
  • Strong regional airline, customs, and partner network knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within high-pressure, fast-moving operational environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages advantageous.
